Imperial Lead Solutions Refund Policy

At Imperial Lead Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality services including website development, social media management, lead generation, paid advertising, and funnel building. We are committed to your satisfaction, but due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
### Eligibility for Refunds
- **Consultations and Discovery Calls**: Free discovery calls are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds.
- **Service Agreements**: Once a service agreement is signed and payment is processed, services are considered non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement. This includes deposits, which are non-refundable and applied toward the total project cost.
- **Completed Work**: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully or partially delivered, including custom website development, funnel building, or ongoing social media management and advertising campaigns.
- **Dissatisfaction**: If you are dissatisfied with the initial deliverables (e.g., within the first 7 days of project commencement for one-time projects), please contact us immediately. We may offer revisions or, at our discretion, a partial refund if no significant work has been completed.
- **Subscriptions and Retainers**: For monthly social media management or lead generation retainers, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but we will not charge for future periods after cancellation.
### Non-Refundable Items
- Any custom work, such as tailored ad campaigns, content creation, or website designs, once initiated.
- Third-party fees, including advertising platform costs (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), which are passed through to you.
- Administrative or setup fees.
### Refund Process
To request a refund:
1. Contact us via email at admin@imperiallead.com within the eligible timeframe, providing your order details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
2. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
### Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as errors on our part or failure to deliver agreed-upon services. All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Imperial Lead Solutions.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
